To improve the customer experience by having highly trained team members who have a love for trees and the customers we work with.

Company Founder

Scott Ford is the founder of Mission City Arbor Group, LLC.  Scott has been an arborist for over 10 years. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, Tree Risk and Assessment Qualified and Texas Oak Wilt Qualified.  Scott currently serves as a board member for the San Antonio Arborist Association.  

When Scott is not managing Mission City Arbor Group, he can be found exploring the outdoors or playing basketball with his family.  Scott also enjoys actively serving at his church and in his community.

Customer service usually declines as a company expands. This should never be the case. As a company grows, the number one priority should be to continue to improve the customer experience!
